What happens to your connected object if the person to be notified in the case of an event is on vacation? Or if you are stocktaking and want to extend closing times at short notice?
You can arrange this quickly and easily via the Internet using BIZL. All you need is a PC* connected to the Internet and a cell phone or a DTMF*-capable phone. Two independent password requests and an SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer), commonly used for online banking, allow only authorized persons to access security data. You can call up logs with a few clicks, you can check closing times and strategies, and change them if necessary.
To allow for maximum security, separate passwords must be entered via two independent communication paths: one via the Internet, and one via a telephone. The monitoring center computer is doubly protected by a firewall. All unauthorized requests are therefore blocked.
Using BIZL you can
- Call up alarm logs
- View contact personnel in the case of an event and carry out temporary or general modifications, if required
- View closing times and carry out temporary or general modifications, if required
- Send a short message to the monitoring center
- Set up a maximum of 10 authorized users for administration of objects.
*Technical prerequisites:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 5.0 of above) or compatible browser
- Cell phone or DTMF-capable phone
- BIZL registration
