The Bosch Communication Center, a product division of Bosch Security Systems GmbH has approximately 75,000 connected objects and is one of the largest private monitoring center organizations in Germany. The center has expert skills in the management of alarm, malfunction and status messages from security systems, as well as in building control and business technology. Our range of services also includes remote video monitoring and monitoring of mobile objects throughout Europe by means of GPS and GSM localization. The Bosch Communication Center also shows innovation by providing BIZL — Internet-based access to monitoring centers for customers.

Besides these security monitoring centers in Germany, Bosch currently offers an international call center network with 13 sites in eight countries. This combination allows us to offer security and communication services efficiently from a single provider.
