As partner monitoring centers of the Bosch Communication Center, monitoring center operators can act in a significantly more customer-oriented manner: with the assistance of Bosch they support all current message types and offer their customers 24-hour service, 365 days a year. The relationship between customer and service provider does not change — the Bosch Communication Center communicates with the end user exclusively on behalf of the partner monitoring center.

Redundancy monitoring center
Where monitoring centers with existing capacity are not capable of providing 24-hour operation, they can switch over to Bosch Communication Center security monitoring centers outside of their business hours. In the event of an alarm, the message is transmitted to Bosch. Bosch staff will implement the measures agreed on between the end user and the partner monitoring center. In the same manner, the Bosch Communication Center can also assist in an emergency situation: if there is a malfunction in operations at the partner monitoring center, Bosch will handle all malfunction and alarm messages during this time on behalf of the partner.
Assuming message receipt function
Partner monitoring centers can offer their customers a broad range of technical connections by using the technical infrastructure of the Bosch Communication Center security monitoring centers. In the case of an event, the customer message is sent directly from the Bosch Communication Center headend to an AV server via a data distribution server. The message is then transmitted to a remote workcenter of the partner monitoring center via an ISDN connection. If the ISDN connection malfunctions, the Bosch Communication Center receives an error message and routes this message on to the partner monitoring center.
Complete monitoring center function
Instead of using selected services, partner monitoring centers can also outsource all their technical connections to the Bosch Communication Center. Administrative tasks such as general customer communication remain with the partner monitoring center.
