The benefits of a security system largely depend on the measures implemented in the event of an alarm. There must therefore be a 24-hour control center dedicated to receiving alarm messages, checking them and dealing with them immediately. The Bosch Communication Center provides exactly this service; in the event of intrusion, fire or an emergency call, associates at our monitoring centers are ready to respond immediately: 24 hours a day.
No matter which detector you have connected to your Easy Series alarm system, we will monitor the following criteria, for example:
- Intrusion (in connection with glass breakage or motion sensors)
- Fire (in connection with smoke detectors)
- Emergency call (pressing the emergency call button)
- Ensuring the alarm system is operational (e.g. notification of a power failure)
Quick on-site help from a trained associate
Once the monitoring center associates have received the alarm, they will notify the contact person specified by the client, such as the owner of the house of a neighbor.
On request, they can also send out a partner from our comprehensive partner intervention network to check the alarm on site. These partners are responsible, among other things, for ascertaining whether or not the intrusion alarm was triggered by a pet before they inform the police. They can also store keys for the properties, allowing them to help the emergency services gain access to the house, sometimes with life-saving benefits. The intervention partner is also responsible for reactivating the system after an alarm has been triggered.
