In the same way, they make sure that the system is functional at the required point in time.

- Notifying a local intervention service
- Contacting the police or fire department as the situation demands
- Notifying an appointed person
- Monitoring malfunction messages in accordance with VDE 0833
- Monitoring activation and deactivation within a specific time frame
- Remote maintenance (Teleservice)
We can also remotely monitor specific maintenance and service tasks in systems by means of our Teleservice. And if on-site intervention is required, we will coordinate optimal timing and routes for your service technicians.
