Comforting security
The Monitoring Services of Bosch Communication Center are based on the use of mobile emergency phones. These phones combine GSM technology for mobile phones with satellite-supported GPS-location (Global Positioning System). People can be located within an accuracy of a few meters. No matter whether the alarm is activated directly by the device or by third parties: The respective emergency measures are co-ordinated promptly and effectively.

That’s how it works:

The Mobile Security end device sends an alarm alert to the Monitoring Centers of Bosch Communication Center. Via SMS the position data is transmitted and visualized on a map of high resolution. At the same time, a voice connection to the device is set up. After a qualified alarm pre-check the Monitoring Centers co-ordinate the measures that have been previously agreed upon immediately. These measures will be followed and documented until resolution.
