In case of an emergency alert, which may be activated manually or automatically, the employees of the Bosch Monitoring Centers get a signal from the respective device, transmitting also the geographical position. The employees of the Monitoring Centers co-ordinate the measures previously agreed on, hence they call the police or the respective rescue teams, inform the relatives of the victim or send an intervention partner who will be on location anywhere across Europe.
